The 2950 works with it, and I think any with a mirror lan port.
SM2 does recognise the 2820, but only monitors about 10% of whats available, mainly just traffic and IP's.
Must say I'm loving the 2950 with this software, it grabs both sides of IM chat, without installing anything on any PC, its good stuff.

Hi, i have downloaded and installed with 2820 and it works great too with a mirrored port. My only question is how can I increase from 30 to 40 users?

Thanks

Ian

2820 = 3.3.2_RC5
2950 = 3.2.4

Can I ask what switch (I assume) you have with a mirror port, also on the 2950 I get 100 users, so it must detect something and decide, so there might be a config file or something somewhere.
