BX2000 no out bound calls

BX2000 no out bound calls was created by techdean
Racking my brains with this one, set up all ok got sip registered etc etc but cannot make outbound calls, followed this article to the letter been over configuration several times but still nowt.

anyone any ideas? starting simple with a straight just dial it out no rules etc simple wildcard ? with length of 1 and 15.
tried a sip phone directly registered to the provider (sipgate) and all fine.

If it's failing on outgoing calls but can receive them, that could be down to the "Account Number/Name" value, which needs to be set in a format that the SIP provider accept, since it can be the outgoing number display
Here's an example
of Gamma where the "Account Number/Name" is set to either "0123456" or "+44123456" depending on the number details they've provided.
Otherwise, I recommend going into the PBX's telnet / SSH interface and checking the output of "voip debug showmsg -w" for the WAN side SIP logs. That should show what error you get when trying to make outbound calls.
