Agreed: 3.8.8.4 does not receive any incoming calls either on VOIP channels or PSTN lines. We were using 3.8.1.9 before which has been working fine since it was released earlier this year.
I had to revert to 3.8.1.9. to get us working again.

3.8.1.9 didn't work for me when first released. I had to revert to 3.8.1.8

The problem was with the Linphone SIP client on LineageOS 14.1. I switched to CSipSimple and all now working on 3.8.8.4. Linphone works on LineageOS 15.1.
