If I am reading this properly - you are getting download sync/speed at 32.3Mbps and upload sync/speed at 6.18mbps.
If you are on 'up to 80mbps' - at the moment you max you will get is 32.3
If I were you - I would check the master socket and the wiring there.
Open it up, both the faceplate and the middle plate.
Check if the wires are in good condition. Check for dirt or dust. I would de-tach both wires (usually blue and white-blue) and using a knife - scrape any copper oxidation from the exposed section of the wire and then punch it down into the master socket back plate as it was when you opened it.
Then I would check/compare for the download/upload speed/sync on the router.
Next, I would try replacing the modem cable which is between the master socket and the router.
Also, I would look into buying a different filter faceplate.
In total, max 5-minute job, it will help or it will stay the same as it was. No harm can be done with this.
