Vigor2865ac on BT Infinity speed issues... was created by arrudac30
Hi to all.
I have been having some speed issues for the past 3 weeks now. It's so bad that on weekends we can't even see a movie from one of our favorite streaming services without it being either of very poor quality or the constante buffering.
I have used this Draytek router for 5 weeks now and for the first two weeks all was fine.
In fact, the router itself is showing 32,397kbps Down Stream and 11,121 Kbps Up Stream.
lmost every thing is yet on default. No load balancing has yet been set, appart from VLANS and wireless SSIDs set with some inter VLAN routing done.
Any advice is more than welcome as this is now causing some real concerns to the point we are now thinking of changing supplier alltogether.
Much appreciated for any feedback.
Many thanks.
Albert

DLM has your line on Interleave with a high-ish depth and this adds latency to your connection. This indicates noise / errors on your line.
Start by raising a fault with your ISP. Note that they may not help you without their supplied Router plugged in.
