Hello everyone

BT refuse to give me the connection configuration settings unless I sign up for a new contract!!!??

Can anyone provide me with the settings. I have a BT Infinity Account - FTTC

I don't think so. You need IP, DNS, Gateway etc etc.

Late last night a very nice lady on the BT Twitter Desk, who hadn't a clue what I was taking about, went out of her way to contact colleagues to supply the following, which I've yet to check but looks promising:

ncapsulation: PPPoA

Login / username: broadbanduser@btbroadband.com

Password: bt

Idle Timeout: 0

Internet IP address: Get dynamically from ISP

DNS address: Get dynamically from ISP

NAT: Enable

Multiplexing Method: VC-BASED

VPI: 0

VCI: 38
