2860 F/W is 3.8.9.7_BT

I'm trying to diagnose a issue with customer, who is experiencing connectivity issues. Looking at VDSL stats, there are some negative numbers, how can these be negative?

eg CRC, ES, SES, DS actual PSD, etc?

That looks like a modem driver issue of sorts. I think it would be worth getting the "vdsl status" and "vdsl status counts" that you've already got, along with "vdsl inventory co" which might be useful to the support team. With that, you could contact them to see if they can help with sorting the compatibility issue.
I have a Vigor 2860 on 3.8.9.7 BT that's connected to ADSL and that's showing negative values for 1DAY near end CRC, FEC & ES right now, so maybe it's a problem with how the 3.8.9.7 firmware reads these values. Those values are normal some other Vigor 2860 routers on 3.8.9.7 though, so it doesn't affect all lines.

Beyond that, or if you don't want to contact support - give the 579F17 modem code a try to see if it makes a difference.

BTO Engineer has tested line, no faults found.

What is your interleave depth??
