Weird web interface vigor 2927 was created by adampembs
Hi, I'm new to Draytek products. I tried to access the web inteface and this is the result https://photos.app.goo.gl/96yYNmessjBUZCCr7
I am not on site, so I am doing this via a VPN or AnyDesk to an internal PC. Internet access to console is disabled.
Can anyone tell me what's happened? Syslog also stopped sending reports.

Presumably you have ticked on "Enable Validation Code in Internet/LAN Access" in the router management pages.
Or is that not your question?

Yes, I possibly did, but the code isn't being displayed, it looks like the page is broken with curly braces etc and welcome text. .
The VPN is also down.

What browser are you using?
I think I saw something like this once which was cured by a re-boot, but I guess you may not be able to do that unless you can contact someone at the site?

I've tried this with Edge and Chrome, over VPN on my Windows 10 laptop and AnyDesk on site with a Windows 11 desktop.
I've asked the manager to reboot it but she hasn't responded. The network is also slow and I wonder if it the 2927 is running out of resources, but I cant log on to check.

Frustrating - I use a VPN when away to view my IP cameras. When my 2927ax "locked up" for some reason a few months ago I was unable to do anything with it until I returned home. I have it now set to re-boot in the middle of the night every night, so that I can at least obtain access the next day if it goes tits up again.
