2926ac - unable to install Let's Encrypt certificate was created by piste basher
I'm following the guide here https://www.draytek.co.uk/support/guides/kb-letsencrypt and all seems to go well until it comes to creating the Let's Encrypt certificate.
I get "check HTTP and WAN setting ok"
"certificate status: Empty"
"certificate operation: Renew"
"looking up for let's encrypt server...…"
then
The process fails with "Error: failed to register acme server"
Firmware 3.9.1.3
Any ideas on where I'm going wrong?

Received a reply from support - apparently it's a known issue which will be resolved in the next firmware upgrade.....

Brill I'll not worry about it to much as have the same issue. 3.9.1.4 is due shortly (available on Draytek.com website) so should be available in UK localisation shortly in the new year.
Another issue may also be if the management port access is locked down to certain IP ranges.

I've tried the 3.9.1.4 from the international site and it made no difference to the Letsencrypt issue - same error occurs.
We'll see if the UK version is different but I'm not holding my breath....

A little out of date I know so apologies for resurrecting the thread, but has this been resolved? I am using firmware 3.9.1.4 on a 2926n

The UK version made no difference to mine. Still doesn't install.
