Not enough info.... what happens... how is it connected..what error do you get... Do you mean physically connected or IP ?

I think I have configured correctly -
Default MAC Address - Enable
PPPoE
NAT
IPv6 Protocol - Link Local
VLAN Tag - Enable
VLAN ID - 101
Priority(802.1p) - 0
MTU/MRU - 1492
Service Name - Blank
Debug - Disable
Always On - Enable
Fixed IP - Enable
Fixed IP Address - Filled in
Connection Detection Mode - None
IP Alias - Blank
Specify DNS - Disable

You haven't said how it's connected to the line. Presumably there is a BT router too?
It's probably NOT providing a PPPoE service, so you'd have to use DHCP.

It is not using BT router, connected via this -

VLAN tagging didn't work for me. When I dissabled it everything worked fine.
