Do any of the current router models support G.FAST as used by BT's Ultrafast service, BT's own G.FAST router sucks & I'm advised that the offering from ASUS has more bugs than the amazon rain forest.

when? and will it be a modem upgrade firmware file or a new router?
Have ordered G.FAst with a modem to do pass through but rather just have either a 2862 and BX2000 be nice for both to be able to connect directly to G.Fast

@smallal do you mean the BT HomeHub Ultrafast (BT HUB 6XA)? This is horribly buggy, and doesn't support bridge mode so is next to useless if you want to use your own router.
Your best bet is the Huawei MT992 which will bridge to any router, and supports the amendments to the standards that are used by Openreach. They're rarer than hens teeth at the moment though, since they don't sell to the general public.
I'm sure Draytek will get there in the end and produce something useable, but it might be a while.
Mr. Openreach is due to re-grade my line on Monday 15th, so I'll report back when it's all up and running. They should be supplying me with the MT992 as I'm a Zen customer.
John.

Yep, I now have the HH6XA & it's rubbish.
Luckily the engineer left me a MT992 as well, but even this has been hacked about by Openreach/BT.
Totally locked down by custom firmware (as per the VDSL modems they issued when FTTC started)
So no access to the user interface to see line stats
Lets hope Draytek come up with something a bit better soon.

We have Gfast on our 2860LN, however it is linked on WAN2 using BT's Modem.
I will give it a try over the internal modem on WAN1 and let you know.
