2860AC No response Server Side was created by jota
Hi All
Not sure where to start with this one I just got 2806ac to use for work and I cant get it to connect ADSL I keep getting No Response server side messages the line Syncs ok but nothing else
My provider is a business called the word and they are using tiscali I have tried all manner of settings and cant get anywhere
Thoughts Please !!!

This error is a pain and can mean all sorts.
I normally see this when using a v120 or v130 modem and it means it cant see out to authenticate.
If the ADSL light is solid then perhaps they haven't enabled to internet on it. Do any other routers work
Make sure the user name and password are 100% correct
Make sure you have configured the FTTC settings (VLAN tag insert) if its on Fibre

Its ADSL old router works perfectly new draytek no dice !! branded TheWord DSL but powered by Tiscali according to IP

May sound obvious but check the settings...maybe Tiscali don't use the usual/default ones.

Have taken the settings exactly from existing NETGEAR router that still works
any other thoughts?
