Hi

I'm unable to get my 2865Vac to register with sipgate.

Gone through the more general Draytek help here without success: https://teamhelp.sipgate.co.uk/hc/en-gb/articles/204129732-DrayTek

Has anyone managed to get it working?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I'm having a problem too with my 2865Vac. I thought I'd got it going but with the latest firmware 4.4.1 I can't get it registered with Sipgate. Any pointers on problem areas ? I too followed the Help info.
