Slow speeds on BT (Vigor 130) was created by teessidechris78
So had a pretty stable connection with the Openreach HG612 since the start of the year, a few disconnections here and there but nothing to serious, was also getting a 53d/18u with a 23ms ping.
But after purchasing the Vigor 130, right from the off speed decreased from 53d/18u to 38d/18u but the ping remained the same (23ms)
Speeds dropped have dropped further to 33d/15u and the ping increased to 31ms due to a few mini disconnection but after a week of line stability ping has gone back down to 21ms but speed remains low, this normal for the Vigor 130? or will the speed go back to what it was on the HG612 at some point.
Vigor has been connected for almost 4 weeks now.

I don't like the look of that interleaving figure on the DS. Despite what people say I've never had the DSLAM increase my speed after a reduction due to frequent disconnects. A quick call to my ISP (Zen) and they re-set the line, all sorted.

I have exactly the same issue and it is the interleaving (and high SNR) causing the problem.
Normally I find 2/3 weeks waiting for the DSLAM to sort things out works fine, this time the issue has just got worse.
Something happened at the ECI cabinet mid March, our line dropped for 2 hours, on reconnection I went from full 80/20 to 51/18 and very high pings and interleaving on upstream.
Several other people I know , all on ECI cabinets and Vigor 130's had the same thing happen and the same level of interleaving applied.
As Piste Basher says , call the ISP.

Did you try alternative modem code ?

Not changed anything on the modem since it was plugged in, read somewhere it was fine just plugging the Vigor 130 in and leaving it with it's default settings but did update the firmware to the latest one.
Might give BT a call to see if they can reset my line but I have a feeling that they'll want the HH6 plugged in before doing any tests.
Not sure if the interleaving stats are the same as they are on the HG612 but they seemed higher (not sure if that's a good or bad thing) but below are the last stats I got from the HG612

So called BT and they did a test of my line...........................after the 5 minute 'test' they did say that my speed has dropped over the last 4 weeks, they're going to send out a replacement HH6, didn't bother asking if I was actually using the HH6 or not.
Did an noise test myself an there wasn't anything.
