Draytek Tech support.. was created by kieran-iw
Afternoon,
Any tricks on how to get quicker response with Draytek UK tech support?
Recently they taken almost 24 hours to open a ticket via email.
Apologies if this the wrong forum to discuss this.
Regards Kieran.

I raised a ticket with them on Thursday night, and then spoke to them on Friday midday, issued was resolved in that one call. To be fair though, I was on hold on the call for 10+ mins, and when the call was answered, the technician I needed was a busy, so he called me back shortly after.
Hang on in there!

- I opened a case 19th July.
- Support are teaching me to suck eggs.
- They seem to have just abandoned me as I have not heard back from them in days.
- Seems to be do this and case closed.
- Keep asking me questions they already know the answers to as the answers were in the form I filled in when I raised a ticket.
- They sent out an email to say your router is at risk if you do not upgrade the firmware. So I am trying to update the firmware but it simply does not work and now they have dropped me like a hot potato.
- My router was faulty right of the box and has been back to them for repair. Now I can't upgrade the firmware. I have used Draytek for years at work and thought it would be a good idea to buy one for myself at home but they are still as flaky as ever.

Is there a problem with Support at the moment?
I have 2 tickets open, both are over a month old and I get no response to either of them despite many polite requests for updates.
