Had an email today to say there is new firmware for my router, when selecting the recommended file from the download, it warns me my modem code will be changed.
Will this affect my connection settings in any way?
I've not done a firmware update for a while and don't want to mess it up.

Quite possibly. It might make it better ... or it might make it worse :wink: I would only change 'modem code', if you're willing to experiment

You can see which one is currently in use, by looking at the 'Dashboard' in the Web GUI (System Information Panel >> DSL Version).
